The shape of the 3,000 billion VND road through the mangrove forest connecting to Cai Mep super port

Báo Giao thôngBáo Giao thông29/11/2024

The construction process of Route 991B encountered many difficulties in terms of terrain, ground, epidemics, increased materials... but up to now, many sections of the bridge and road have taken shape.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Trinh, Director of the Cai Mep - Thi Vai Port Traffic Project Management Board, the project's progress is still behind schedule. Previously, the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province assigned the investor to complete the project by June 30, 2024, but the project has been delayed. The Project Management Board had to add more subcontractors, but due to many objective reasons such as relocation of technical infrastructure, site clearance, construction in swampy, saline areas, and high tides, the project has not been completed by the end of 2024.
