According to Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Trieu Van Cuong, the doctoral and master's degree training at the National Academy of Public Administration has many unique features, because a significant number of its students are officials, civil servants, and public employees who want to enhance their in-depth knowledge to perform their duties and tasks with higher quality, and to deepen their knowledge in advisory work, leadership, and management.
"Therefore, the Academy's doctoral and master's degree training in this aspect contributes to creating a source and improving the quality of human resources for the public service and the political system in the long term," the Deputy Minister emphasized.

The graduation ceremony included 17 new PhDs in Public Administration and 266 new Master's graduates in the following fields: Public Administration; Finance - Banking; Constitutional Law and Administrative Law; Economic Management; and Public Policy.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Ba Chien stated that, in the recent period, the National Academy of Public Administration has promptly adapted to the significant changes in organization and operation, achieving important milestones in postgraduate training. This includes a focus on training quality, and the professionalism, dedication, responsibility, and expertise of the teaching staff and administrative personnel throughout the training process.
“With doctoral training – the highest level of education in the national education system – and master's training – a level of training that contributes to building and forming a team of scientists, the National Academy of Public Administration always recognizes the need to care for and give the highest and most comprehensive attention to it,” the Director of the National Academy of Public Administration affirmed, adding that the Academy organizes doctoral and master's degree training with the principle of “using the development of human capacity as a measure, using training quality as a goal to strive for, using the teaching staff as a driving force, using curriculum innovation as a foundation, and using standards in management as a guiding principle throughout.”

According to the Academy Director, the Academy's master's and doctoral training programs are continuously expanding to meet the demand for high-quality human resources to serve the country's development needs and the requirements for building a modern and effective national governance system.
Therefore, he expressed his hope that the new PhDs and Masters graduates, from this important milestone today, will carry within them pride in their studies at the Academy, always live up to the prestigious degrees awarded by the Academy, continue to strive in their work, and apply the knowledge they have acquired to their respective fields of work.
