According to Booking.com, Hoi An is among the top six destinations with the highest number of independently certified sustainable accommodations from third parties, along with Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Ha Giang , Quy Nhon (Binh Dinh), and Song Cau (Phu Yen).
Hoi An is described as a must-visit destination for international tourists coming to Vietnam. In Hoi An, visitors can immerse themselves in traditional culture, explore the ancient town with its moss-covered, well-preserved old houses, and witness talented artisans crafting handicrafts.
Visitors can also participate in a tour of the Bay Mau coconut forest (Cam Thanh commune) on basket boats, observing local people casting nets and performing unique shows with basket boats.
