8th Central Conference, 13th term: Elected Mr. Le Hoai Trung to hold the position of member of the Secretariat

The Party Central Committee elected additional comrade Le Hoai Trung, member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Party Central Committee's External Relations Commission, to hold the position of member of the Party Central Committee's Secretariat, term XIII; elected additional members of the Party Central Committee's Inspection Commission, term XIII, including comrades: Dao The Hoang, Director of the Department of Localities VI, Central Inspection Commission; Le Nguyen Nam Ninh, Director of the Department of Research, Central Inspection Commission; and Major General Vu Hong Van, Director of the Department of Internal Political Security, Ministry of Public Security .

In the afternoon, the Party Central Committee worked in groups, discussing the Summary of 20 years of implementing Resolution No. 23-NQ/TW, dated March 12, 2003 of the 9th Party Central Committee on promoting the strength of great national unity for a rich people, a strong country, and a fair, democratic and civilized society.
