That is the affirmation of Associate Professor, Dr. Huynh Ky Phuong Ha - Vice Rector of University of Technology , Ho Chi Minh City National University at the Uni Tour program with the theme " Connecting green human resource training places for businesses" taking place on October 16 .
The program has the participation of more than 30 enterprises in the high-quality Vietnamese goods (HVNCLC) ecosystem , experts and students , aiming to promote cooperation in training , research and transfer of green technology .

Associate Professor, Dr. Huynh Ky Phuong Ha said that the school is restructuring its training program towards becoming a center for knowledge creation and green technology . Five key areas have been identified , including: AI - automation , green energy , green materials , circular industry and digitalization of production .
“Schools not only provide human resources but also work with businesses to ' co - create new values '. The three elements of schools - businesses - media need to join forces so that academic knowledge can be applied to practice ,” Associate Professor Ha emphasized .
According to Associate Professor, Dr. Huynh Ky Phuong Ha, the University of Science and Technology aims to accompany businesses on three pillars : placing orders and solving practical problems; developing R &D, shortening the journey to bring products to market ; and designing flexible training programs so that students can quickly adapt to the working environment .
“From strategy to action , today 's handshakes will create concrete projects – more optimized production lines , greener products and a team of engineers from the school . "We have the capacity to lead the greening journey of Vietnamese enterprises ," said the Vice President of the University of Science and Technology .
The University of Technology is positioning itself as a " green knowledge and technology transfer station " , with a synchronous investment system of laboratories , innovation centers and business - student connection spaces .
Ms. Vu Kim Hanh - President of the Association of Vietnamese High-Tech Enterprises said that the journey to support green transformation enterprises from mid- 2025 to the end of 2026 aims to create specific connections between enterprises, universities and research institutes , thereby providing high - quality human resources .
“Our mission is to connect, communicate , spread , and help businesses truly benefit from the State 's support policies ,” Ms. Hanh emphasized .

According to Ms. Vu Kim Hanh, Resolutions 57 and 68 of the Politburo have clearly affirmed the direction of supporting innovative enterprises and developing the private economic sector . However , many enterprises have not yet accessed these mechanisms .
Ms. Hanh believes that when schools , businesses and the media join hands, Vietnam can build a " green human resource map" with the Made in Vietnam brand, creating a foundation for businesses to make a breakthrough in the green transformation process .
At the program , speakers shared practical experiences in applying green technology, affirming the key role of tripartite cooperation in training , research and technology transfer . This is considered the first step of a truly cooperative ecosystem , contributing to creating a "green " future for the Vietnamese economy .
