Signing of cooperation regulations between the Ha Giang branch of the Vietnam Social Security Bank and the communes and wards.

On the afternoon of December 10th, at Ha Giang 1 ward, the Ha Giang branch of the Social Policy Bank (Social Policy Bank of Tuyen Quang province) held a signing ceremony for a cooperation agreement with the Standing Committee of the Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Giang 1 ward, Ha Giang 2 ward, and Ngoc Duong commune.

Over the past period, the Ha Giang branch of the Vietnam Social Policy Bank has closely coordinated with entrusted socio -political organizations in the area to effectively implement the State's policy credit programs. The management of loan capital, inspection, supervision, and guidance for people to use capital for the right purposes have been carried out regularly, contributing to improving credit quality and ensuring the safety of capital sources. As of December 2025, loan disbursements reached over 124.7 billion VND; total outstanding loans were nearly 340 billion VND, an increase of over 104.8 billion VND compared to the beginning of the year. Preferential credit sources have supported borrowers in developing production, improving income, contributing to achieving poverty reduction goals and ensuring social security in the localities.

During the meeting, the Ha Giang branch of the Vietnam Social Policy Bank and the Fatherland Front Committees of the three localities discussed and agreed to sign a cooperation agreement focusing on the following contents: Promoting the dissemination of information on the State's preferential credit policies; improving the effectiveness of social monitoring and feedback; and strengthening coordination in mobilizing resources to care for poor and near-poor households and other policy beneficiaries. The signing aims to create a unified and close coordination mechanism, contributing to delivering policy credit programs to the right target groups more promptly and effectively in the future.
