Inspections have revealed that most projects are facing obstacles related to land acquisition, lack of land prices, and failure to locate landowners. Currently, only La Gi and Phuoc Hoi wards have achieved their compensation and land clearance targets and have implemented land price determinations.
Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai directed that Suoi Kiet commune must accelerate the progress and complete the compensation work for the upgrading and expansion project of Ba Ta - Tra Tan road before December 31, 2025. For Ham Tan, Son My, and Tan Minh communes, they need to immediately coordinate with the Lam Dong Provincial Land Development Center Branch 1 to focus on land valuation so that compensation prices can be applied to households as soon as possible.
Specifically, for the DT.719B coastal road project, the Hon Lan - Tan Hai section already has available land, so manpower and machinery must be increased to ensure construction proceeds on schedule. The Department of Agriculture and Environment will assist in completing the procedures for changing the land use purpose of the forest land within the project area.
Regarding the Van Thanh Bridge Project, delays have occurred due to issues with alluvial land and disagreements among residents regarding the difference in land prices. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has instructed Tien Thanh ward and relevant units to promptly review and apply compensation rates for the remaining 8 households according to regulations, in order to ensure the construction progress and disbursement of funds.
