At the reception, Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc expressed his joy and excitement to welcome Deputy Prime Minister , Minister of Digital of the Republic of Poland Krzysztof Gawkowski and the working delegation to visit and work in Ninh Binh province.
Introducing the province in general, Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc said that in the period of 2025 - 2030, Ninh Binh will focus on maximizing its potential and advantages to promote breakthrough growth according to a new development model. In that vision, the province identifies heritage as a resource, culture as soft power and advanced technology, especially digital transformation, as a strategic breakthrough to realize the aspiration to rise up. Deeply aware of that, Ninh Binh province has been focusing all resources and vigorously implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation.
With determination and strategic orientation on digital transformation, Ninh Binh province was trusted by the Ministry of Science and Technology to coordinate in hosting Vietnam International Digital Week 2025 (VIDW 2025) from October 27 to 29, 2025. The event gathered many Ministers, Heads of Delegations of ASEAN countries on technology and digital transformation, leaders, managers, scientists and world-leading experts in the field of digital transformation.

Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc suggested that the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Affairs of the Republic of Poland and the delegation pay attention to introducing Polish localities that have similarities with Ninh Binh to promote the establishment of friendly cooperation at the local level. Thereby, contributing to deepening the traditional friendship and multifaceted cooperation between Vietnam and Poland.
Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc believes that with the support of the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Digital of the Republic of Poland and the working delegation, the local cooperation mechanisms between the two countries will soon bring about clear results, promoting and developing the Vietnam - Poland relationship.
Expressing his honor to visit and work in Ninh Binh province during his working trip to Vietnam this time, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Affairs of the Republic of Poland Krzysztof Gawkowski highly appreciated the beautiful natural landscape as well as the tourism development potential of the province; especially the province's efforts in restoring and preserving heritage.

Mr. Krzysztof Gawkowski said that there is still much potential between Ninh Binh and Polish localities to promote friendly cooperation in areas such as: Socio-economic development, technology, telecommunications. He hopes that businesses from both sides will have many opportunities to meet, exchange and cooperate in the coming time.
Affirming that this working visit will be a premise for developing the relationship between Polish localities and Ninh Binh province, Deputy Prime Minister Krzysztof Gawkowski, in his working position, will strive to support the establishment of friendly cooperation at the local level, thereby contributing to promoting the cooperation between Poland and Vietnam to develop more strongly, effectively and substantially.
