This is the first time the Vietnam Trade Union has awarded prizes to honor and recognize outstanding female trade union members who contribute to spreading the spirit of creativity and responsibility, building happy families, and affirming the role of female trade union members in the development of the country.
The program is expected to be attended by approximately 400 delegates, including leaders of the Party, State, ministries, central agencies and organizations, and trade union leaders at all levels.
According to the plan, the 10 most outstanding female trade union members will be awarded prizes. In addition, 20 exemplary collectives and 60 exemplary individuals in the "Excellent in work, good at home" movement for the period 2020-2025 will receive certificates of merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor .
The award emblem is made of crystal, featuring the Vietnam Trade Union emblem at the top, and inscribed with the words "First Award for Dynamic, Creative, and Responsible Female Trade Union Members, 2025". All organizational costs are covered by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
The event is expected to contribute to promoting the emulation movement among female union members and workers, creating more motivation to develop initiatives and contribute to the development of agencies, units, and society.
