From December 13th, the weather in Northern Vietnam will turn cold; mountainous and midland areas will experience severe cold from December 13th to 14th, with some high mountainous areas experiencing extreme cold. The Northern Delta will also experience severe cold in some areas. From the night of December 13th, North Central Vietnam will also turn cold. From December 13th onwards, the weather will turn cold, with some areas experiencing severe cold. The lowest temperature will be 12-14 degrees Celsius.

Experts warn that, due to the influence of a cold front combined with convergence in the upper westerly wind zone, from the night of December 12th to the end of the night of December 13th, the Northern region and from Thanh Hoa to Hue City will experience moderate to heavy rain and thunderstorms, with some areas experiencing very heavy rain. Strong winds and high waves pose a danger to ships and maritime activities.
