Thanh Hoa City People's Committee (Thanh Hoa province) has just issued Decision No. 5155/QD-XPHC to administratively sanction Binh An Company (No. 47 Hoang Hoa Tham, Dong Huong ward, Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province), the legal representative is Mr. Nguyen Van Mao, Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director.

The penalty decision clearly stated: Binh An Company committed an administrative violation by not carrying out procedures to adjust the construction permit granted at the apartment building project in the National Assembly's Southwest area of ​​Quang Thang market, Quang Thang ward, Thanh Hoa city.

Specifically: Binh An Company has implemented the construction of the basement expansion from 3,305.0 m² according to the granted construction permit to 7,740.4 m² at land plot number 1068+1072+1073, map sheet number 20, Quang Thang ward, Thanh Hoa city.

Accordingly, Binh An Company was administratively fined 70 million VND and forced to carry out procedures to adjust the construction permit according to the provisions of Point b, Clause 15, Article 16 of Decree No. 16/2022/ND-CP dated January 28, 2022 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions for violations in construction.

If after the deadline Binh An Company does not voluntarily comply, it will be forced to comply according to the provisions of law.

Thanh Hoa City People's Committee assigned Quang Thang Ward People's Committee to preside over and coordinate with the City Urban Rules Inspection Team to organize the transfer of the penalty decision to Binh An Company, and at the same time monitor, inspect and urge the implementation of this decision.

According to research, on July 13, 2021, Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 2539/QD-UBND on approving the investment policy of the apartment building project in the National Assembly of the Southwest residential area of ​​Quang Thang market.

The project scale includes 2 apartment buildings of 24 floors, construction area of ​​about 3,305m2 and other auxiliary items; population size of about 1,800 people with 750 apartments. Total project capital is more than 1,000 billion VND.

On December 20, 2021, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province recognized the auction results of the above apartment land use rights for Binh An Company with the auction winning amount of 24.36 billion VND. Immediately after that, this enterprise completed the procedures to proceed with project construction.
