Notably, the propaganda work on the ceremony to announce Kim Son district meeting new rural standards took place on November 18, 2023. The Propaganda Department of Kim Son District Party Committee advised the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to establish a propaganda subcommittee, develop a plan and outlines to guide specific and detailed propaganda; at the same time, strengthen the urging and inspection of sectors and localities in the district to implement. Thereby contributing to the success of the ceremony, cadres, party members, and people were very excited and proud of the results of new rural construction in the district, with over 12,000 people attending, thousands of people watching live on Ninh Binh Radio and Television, on Facebook, Zalo and YouTube pages, and the district's fangage page with positive comments.

Entering 2024, the district's Propaganda Department will focus on implementing the task of informing and disseminating the policy of rearranging administrative units at the district and commune levels. According to the project, Kim Son district has 4 units to be rearranged, including Luu Phuong commune, Kim Hai commune, Phat Diem town, and Binh Minh town. Identifying this as an important political task, the Propaganda Department of Kim Son district has focused on widely disseminating to cadres, party members, and people of all walks of life to clearly understand the purpose and significance of the policy. In addition, it actively grasps the situation of public opinion, the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of the people to promptly propagate, mobilize, and explain.

Therefore, when collecting opinions from nearly 18,000 voters in 4 communes and towns on the content of the Project on rearranging commune-level administrative units for the 2023-2025 period, 99.45% of voters agreed; demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and consensus of the people towards the policies of the Party, State, province and district.

Accordingly, the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department has actively advised on innovation, improving the quality of studying, thoroughly grasping and implementing the Party's resolutions, directives and conclusions; promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in conjunction with implementing the annual working theme of the Provincial Party Committee and District Party Committee; work to protect the Party's ideological foundation, fight against erroneous and hostile viewpoints; science and education work...

To complete well and comprehensively the assigned tasks, one of the key solutions that the Propaganda Department of Kim Son district focuses on is to strengthen and improve the quality of the team of reporters and those doing propaganda work at the grassroots level.

The district's reporting team is regularly strengthened. Currently, the district has more than 50 reporters and social opinion collaborators. Monthly reporting conferences and social opinion collaborator meetings are held in rotation in communes and towns. Thereby, promptly grasping the ideological situation and social opinion among cadres, party members and people; synthesizing monthly reports, and at the same time advising and proposing to the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the District People's Committee and relevant sectors to promptly resolve issues of public concern.

In addition, 25 Propaganda Committees of the Party Committees of communes and towns in the district are regularly strengthened, improving the quality and efficiency of their operations. Comrade Truong Minh Thien, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Dong Huong Commune and Head of the Propaganda Committee of the Commune Party Committee, said: The Propaganda Committee of the Commune Party Committee has 8 members, including Party Committee officials, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, performing propaganda tasks at the grassroots level.

Every year, we participate in at least 2 professional training courses organized by the province and district, with practical content on propaganda skills, mobilizing people, religious compatriots, and professional skills to fight against wrong and hostile views on the Internet and social networks... Thereby contributing to raising awareness, responsibility, skills, and methods for members of the Propaganda Department of the Commune Party Committee.

With the characteristic that Dong Huong commune has 33% of the population following religion, one of the key factors is maintaining close contact with religious dignitaries and officials, thus facilitating propaganda work and mobilizing people to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws.
