In addition, the commune is located far from the provincial center, is a particularly difficult commune, with 26 ethnic groups living there, ethnic minorities accounting for a high proportion of 51.7%; the technical-social infrastructure is not yet synchronized, the material facilities serving people's lives do not meet the development needs; along with a part of the local ethnic people lacking production land; the application of science and technology in production and livestock farming is limited... so it affects the overall development of the commune.

The commune has a number of key crops with high economic benefits and along with that, farmers are increasingly asserting their central role in agricultural development, rural economy and new rural construction... On the other hand, thanks to the presence of many ethnic groups, the culture and people here are very rich and diverse, this is a very important condition for developing traditional cultural values ​​through community cultural tourism activities.

At the same time, it sets out 4 breakthrough areas, including: Master planning, management of construction order and development of synchronous and inter-regional traffic infrastructure; comprehensive new rural construction, housing development and social security assurance; agricultural restructuring, building sustainable value chains and applying high technology; developing high-quality human resources, applying digital transformation and preserving and promoting national cultural identity associated with tourism.

In the current period of innovation, it is necessary to provide in-depth training on construction law, planning and violation handling procedures for the commune's cadastral and construction staff to improve their capacity to effectively manage new development spaces. The commune will prioritize reviewing and adjusting the commune's general construction planning to clearly identify service and logistics development areas along the routes connecting to the Gia Nghia-Chon Thanh expressway.

Focus on building complete value chains for key products (cashew, rubber, coffee, pepper, durian), such as: applying VietGAP standards, building growing area codes, closely linking with businesses for deep processing and expanding consumption channels. Encourage the development of large-scale farm economic models, strongly applying high technology to production, improving productivity and quality of agricultural products.

At the same time, build specialized vocational training programs for rural workers; preserve and promote the cultural identity of ethnic groups in the area, closely linked with the development of community tourism, experiential tourism, creating unique tourism products with strong local cultural imprints; train and foster cadres and civil servants in the political system to meet task requirements and digital transformation in all fields.

Comrade Nguyen Trong Lam : To effectively implement the resolution of the Commune Party Congress, the Commune Party Executive Committee has issued a plan to implement the Resolution, which proposes specific and practical methods and solutions to concretize the Party Resolution into real life.

There are 4 main solutions being implemented, including: Party building, political system building; economic development tasks; socio-cultural development; national defense and security tasks. Accordingly, each main solution is assigned to each agency and unit to take the lead in advising the Party Committee on implementation, with a specific plan with the 6 clear principles: clear people, clear work, clear time, clear responsibility, clear products, clear authority.

Prioritize the construction of a master plan for the overall socio-economic development of Dak Nhau commune to clearly define the long-term development space, with appropriate internal connections and connections with neighboring areas to promote the potential and advantages of the locality. Innovate thinking about agricultural production organization, enhance the application of science and technology in production to improve product quality, and form a brand of high-quality agricultural products. Encourage the private economy and households to develop production, contributing to the economic restructuring towards industrialization, applying technology associated with environmental protection.

In fact, the locality has had many good models and creative approaches, typically: To build a sustainable value chain and apply high technology, in village 5, a clean pepper cooperative was established, including 3 households taking care of pepper according to the Nedspice process in an organic direction.

Accordingly, pepper care is carried out according to the correct process including seed selection, fertilizer and pesticide use ratio, care process until harvest is carried out according to instructions, Asian standard assessment, according to this process, pepper after harvest will be guaranteed to be purchased, at a higher price. In the coming time, the commune will continue to replicate this effective model.

This is one of the five key tasks in the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress. Currently, the commune is reviewing, arranging and perfecting the organizational model towards improving the efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency of the commune government, contributing to building a professional, rule-of-law, modern, open, transparent and people-serving administration.
