The specific form is to deduct 2 training points from the student's training score assessment form according to the school's regulations.

Meanwhile, earlier this year, Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages ​​and Information Technology also announced the deduction of training points for students who registered online but did not come to receive them in the first semester of the 2023-2024 school year. Accordingly, in order to facilitate students in registering procedures and documents related to students such as: student certificates, confirmation of student loans,educational incentives, etc., the school organizes for students to register online procedures.

"However, many students registered online and had their applications processed, but after a month from the processing date, they did not come to receive their registered documents. This caused loss and waste of paper, ink, time and labor while the school tried to meet the needs and serve students as quickly as possible," the school's announcement stated.

Therefore, the school announced the deduction of practice points for the first semester of the 2023-2024 school year and a warning to 401 students who registered online but did not come to receive their documents. In addition, the school sent a warning and reminder to 96 first-year students of the 29th course who registered online but did not come to receive their documents. If the students continue to violate the regulations in the following semesters for 3 consecutive semesters or more, the school will consider disciplinary action according to regulations.
