This was not only an opportunity to celebrate the efforts of female entrepreneurs but also a testament to the significant role of Thanh Hoa Microfinance Organization in supporting women's entrepreneurship and sustainable economic development.

Outstanding female entrepreneurs of the Mr. Nguyen Hai Duong, General Director of the Thanh Hoa Micro-Engineering Organization, presents the Cup to the female owners of small and micro-enterprises participating in the "Growing My Business" project.

Empowering entrepreneurial dreams

With the goals of "For community development" and "For the advancement of women," the Thanh Hoa Microfinance Organization not only provides capital but also serves as an important bridge connecting clients to meaningful projects, online courses via the Herventure application, numerous in-person courses, and in-depth consultations with domestic and international financial experts, offering practical, easy-to-understand, and easy-to-apply knowledge. The dedication and close support of credit officers have helped clients not only access capital but also acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to develop economic models and micro-enterprises in a systematic way, aiming for sustainable value.

From rural areas to remote mountainous regions, the staff of the Thanh Hoa Microfinance Institution (MFI) have overcome difficulties to provide opportunities for women with aspirations to improve their lives and entrepreneurial spirit. The support from the Thanh Hoa MFI not only helps maintain the agricultural production, livestock farming, and food processing models of its clients but also expands their reach by connecting them with markets and promoting their products at trade fairs and product showcase booths.

Honoring the outstanding efforts of female micro-entrepreneurs.

The "Grow My Business" project is organized by the Asia Foundation (TAF) and the Center for Women and Development (CWD). The project was created with the mission of reaching and supporting small and micro-enterprises owned by women in Vietnam, helping them enhance their capabilities and actively participate in the digital economy. TCVM Thanh Hoa is one of the local partners bringing the project to women in Thanh Hoa.

The "My Business Growth" program is divided into three groups with training levels: "Preparing to Start a Business"; "Starting a Business"; and "Growing and Expanding Your Business Model". Each level is designed with in-depth content that can be immediately applied in practice, such as: business management; business idea development; using digital tools for marketing and sales; operational management and business registration; customer relationship management; online business; market expansion; financial management and financial reporting. In particular, the program also offers one-on-one consulting services, giving female entrepreneurs and small business owners the opportunity to discuss and solve specific challenges in their business operations.

Among the 10 outstanding clients of the Thanh Hoa Micro- and Small Business Development Organization honored at the "Grow My Business" business development awards ceremony, 4 clients received awards worth 10 million VND each for their outstanding achievements in learning and applying knowledge to business practice, and 6 other clients received awards as outstanding members, each receiving 5 million VND, marking their continuous efforts and steady progress in business.

One of the highlights of the awards ceremony was the story of willpower, perseverance, and determination to overcome difficulties and challenges to achieve success from the micro-entrepreneurs. Products that marked the journey of these micro-entrepreneurs, such as clean guava, export-quality pineapple, smoked buffalo meat, and upland sticky rice, not only embodied local culture but also demonstrated persistent efforts in ensuring quality and seeking markets...

Ms. Bui Thi Lien, a female entrepreneur who won the Outstanding Award of the Project for her guava farming model in Thach Thanh district, shared: “The capital from the Thanh Hoa Microfinance Institution and the training courses of the Project have completely changed my life. Now, I have not only expanded my production model but also created jobs for 5 local workers. Today's award is a great encouragement, helping me to be more confident on the path ahead.”

Through participation in the Project, members not only receive financial support but also gain access to a more comprehensive development path. With small capital, many women have overcome their circumstances, started businesses from scratch, and maximized available family resources to expand production and business. In addition, participating in online courses within the Project helps women master financial management knowledge, business strategies, and the application of digital technology to access and expand markets. Each micro-enterprise participating in the Project is honored as an inspiring story of willpower, perseverance, and the pursuit of entrepreneurial dreams. The results achieved by the Project create lasting value in the journey of sustainable poverty reduction and promote socio-economic development.

Continuing to support and affirm the role of women in the economic sector.

The women, with their radiant faces and confident smiles, standing on the stage to receive awards from DA's "My Business Growth" program, are a vivid testament to the crucial role of women in developing family economies, improving community life, and asserting their position in society. In this context, the support of TCVM Thanh Hoa not only brings economic success but also spreads a humane message: Every woman, wherever she is, deserves the opportunity to pursue her entrepreneurial dreams and create value for the community.

The awards ceremony for business development by female small and micro-enterprise owners of the "Grow My Business" project (Phase 1) concluded with immense pride and inspiration, opening up new opportunities for the development journey of female entrepreneurs – those who are daily writing the story of strength and change for the progress of women in the future. With an estimated 10,000 female entrepreneurs and small business owners in Thanh Hoa expected to benefit, the "Grow My Business" project will continue to support female entrepreneurs in enhancing their capabilities, expanding their markets, and applying technological solutions for sustainable development. With support from partners such as the Thanh Hoa Microfinance Organization, these female entrepreneurs will not only affirm their position but also spread positive energy to the community.
