Promoting the advantages of two national treasures in the province

Accordingly, in Decision No. 1821/QD-TTg dated December 14, 2018 of the Prime Minister, the Pha Long bronze drum of Lao Cai province was recognized as a national treasure (phase 7).

In Decision No. 2198/QD-TTg dated December 25, 2021 of the Prime Minister , Gia Phu Bronze Drum was recognized as a national treasure (10th batch).

To promote the value of national treasures, Lao Cai province presided over and coordinated with researchers and experts to organize many professional measures to put into experience activities for generations of students in the history and cultureeducation program, such as organizing patterns and redrawing detailed patterns of the overall Gia Phu drum and Pha Long drum face.

Technical processing, used as backdrop for events, conferences, seminars.

At the same time, used in the design of fine arts for display and exhibition activities in the province.

Restore and make a copy of the Pha Long Bronze Drum for display.

In addition, research and development are also associated with education with specific activities such as: making small-sized drum face replicas for practicing pattern making, drawing, and learning about the value of Pha Long bronze drums in the lives of people in the Dong Son period under the local history and culture education program at the Museum.

Research and develop souvenir products such as: display plates, desk paperweights, key chains, flyers, etc. from copper, mica, glass, and paper materials.

National treasures are objects that contain great historical, cultural and artistic value to the nation. Since 2012, the Prime Minister has recognized 294 national treasures 12 times.
