Emphasizing the fine moral tradition of "respecting the elderly and achieving longevity" of the nation, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council affirmed that in recent years, activities of visiting, encouraging and giving gifts to the elderly have received attention from Party committees, authorities, sectors and localities in the province; the material and spiritual life of the elderly has been constantly improved.

At the same time, he propagated and mobilized his children and grandchildren to well implement the Party’s policies and the State’s laws, and build increasingly developed residential areas.
