On July 1, Comrade Bui Thang, Deputy Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, and the working delegation inspected the operation of the apparatus at Hiep Thanh commune, a new administrative unit established on the basis of merging three communes: Hiep Thanh, Hiep An and Lien Hiep.

During the inspection, Mr. Nguyen Quang Hiep, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hiep Thanh commune, reported on the operational status of the commune's Public Administrative Service Center.

Accordingly, the Center has 5 counters staffed by officials, specializing in handling administrative procedures for citizens in various fields. However, the Public Administrative Service Center still faces some difficulties in its operation. Notably, the facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are limited and do not yet meet the needs of serving citizens and businesses. In the future, investment in upgrading is needed to adequately meet the needs of citizens and businesses.

After conducting on-site inspections at both facilities, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Bui Thang acknowledged and commended the proactive and serious spirit of the Party Committee and the government of Hiep Thanh commune.

To further improve service quality, Comrade Bui Thang suggested that Hiep Thanh commune should consider long-term plans, including arranging kiosks for people to take queue numbers and seating at the Public Administrative Service Center, creating the most favorable conditions for people when they come to conduct transactions.

He also encouraged the staff and civil servants of the new commune model to strive to overcome difficulties, successfully complete their tasks, and contribute to ensuring that the new commune-level political system operates smoothly, effectively, and efficiently.
