According to the report, the independent component project 2 - investment in the construction of the underpass on Hoang Quoc Viet Street extended with Pham Van Dong Street and connecting with Tran Vy Street, has a total length of about 600m. The tunnel cross-section is 22.1m, arranged with 6 lanes, each side has 2 lanes for motor vehicles 3.5m wide and 1 lane for non-motor vehicles 2.5m wide. The road on both sides in front of the Ministry of Public Security gate is 14.75m wide, including 4 lanes for motor vehicles, the sidewalk is 4.5m wide. The extended Hoang Quoc Viet Street has a cross-section of 50m.
