According to the investigation, the clip originated from the personal Facebook account of Ms. QP (Hanoi), posted on May 19. Ms. QP said that immediately after posting the video , the milk company contacted to explain the reason why the milk had such strange signs, and at the same time exchanged a new carton of milk for the family.

Speaking to reporters, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Duy Thinh, former lecturer at the Institute of Food Technology - Hanoi University of Science and Technology, said that technical errors can occur in the industrial production process but with a very low probability. If errors occur frequently, it is a sign of a problem in the production process. Normally, spoiled canned milk can be due to improper transportation and storage, open cans, exposure to high temperatures, etc.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Duy Thinh recommends that if you detect any abnormal signs of milk color, taste, solidification, lumps... you should absolutely not continue to use it. Milk spoiled due to improper storage and transportation may not cause serious danger but can have negative effects on health such as stomachache, diarrhea, dizziness, nausea...

"Many parents just insert a straw and give the milk box to their children to drink, while the parents go to do other things and do not observe the process of their children drinking milk. Some children can recognize spoiled milk and report it to their parents, while others just drink it. The younger the child, the more careful care must be taken, and one cannot be subjective" - ​​Associate Professor Thinh emphasized.

To ensure the health and safety of children, especially young children, Associate Professor Thinh advises: "Parents should carefully pour milk into a cup for their children, observe with their eyes and nose. If they smell something fragrant and there is nothing unusual, give it to your child to drink."

When detecting milk with unusual signs, consumers need to immediately notify the store or manufacturer. This not only helps you get timely support (return, refund) but also provides important information for the company to check the product batch.

In particular, if this is a mass error, early notification will help the manufacturer quickly check, isolate the defective product and promptly warn other customers, preventing the risk of affecting public health.
