Quang Ngai: Establishing a Zalo group to support digital transformation

DNVN - Quang Ngai is accelerating the construction of a digital transformation platform right from the grassroots, with the determination to bring digital technology to every citizen. In this effort, the establishment of technical support groups plays a key role, especially the use of the Zalo platform to ensure smooth implementation.

To ensure effective and continuous technical support, the Department of Science and Technology of Quang Ngai province has proactively established a specialized Zalo group. This group gathers more than 500 members who are focal points from localities across the province. The establishment of this Zalo group aims to quickly and effectively handle any problems arising during the implementation and operation of the information system. Thanks to this instant communication channel, technical issues can be resolved promptly, ensuring the digital transformation process goes smoothly.

In addition to providing technical support through Zalo groups, Quang Ngai has also promoted the deployment of community digital technology teams. The province has established more than 1,140 community digital technology teams in 100% of communes, wards and special zones, with a total of more than 7,500 members. These teams play an important role, directly guiding people to access, familiarize themselves with and use digital services, thereby helping them to have more convenient access to online public services and digital utilities in daily life. The activities of these teams contribute to narrowing the digital gap and raising public awareness of technology.

These synchronous efforts have brought about remarkable results. To date, Quang Ngai has provided 100% of provincial-level online public services and more than 97% of commune-level online public services on the National Public Service Portal. This is an important platform, helping to bring public services closer to people and businesses, while affirming the province's determination to build a solid digital transformation platform.
