A mobile broadband coverage area is an area that has no mobile broadband coverage or has weak, intermittent coverage and cannot access or use mobile broadband internet services from any existing Vietnamese mobile network (Viettel, Vinaphone, Mobifone , VietnamMobile, GtelMobile) at the center of that area (for example, in a village or hamlet, the center is the village or hamlet's cultural center).
Currently, according to preliminary statistics from the Department of Science and Technology, Dong Nai still has about 25 villages and hamlets that are isolated from the outside world (of which, 18 villages and hamlets belonged to the former Binh Phuoc province; and 7 villages and hamlets belonged to the former Dong Nai province).
