Training on using the System for receiving and processing information on science, technology and innovation development

On the morning of July 11, the Department of Digital Transformation - Cryptography, the Central Office of the Party organized a training conference on the use of the Information System to receive and process feedback, recommendations, initiatives, and solutions for science and technology (KH-CN) development, innovation, and digital transformation (CĐS).

The conference was held online, connecting to more than 3,000 locations in provinces, cities, communes, wards, and special zones nationwide.

At the conference, delegates were introduced to the regulations on receiving, processing, and guiding the use of the national information system for receiving and processing feedback, suggestions, initiatives, and solutions for the development of science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation; and guidance on handling confidential documents on the operational management information system.

Office staff, secretarial staff, and network administrators from the participating units attended the conference.

Receiving and processing feedback, suggestions, and initiatives in the fields of science and technology and digital transformation contributes to leveraging the collective intelligence of the entire population, promoting the effective implementation of the Central Steering Committee's Plan on Science and Technology Development, Innovation, and Digital Transformation. This plan aims to promote interconnected, synchronized, rapid, and efficient digital transformation, meeting the requirements of organizational restructuring within the political system; and effectively deploying digital systems contributes to improving the quality of advisory and operational work. This is a practical step in implementing digital transformation within the Party, moving towards a modern, professional, honest, and people-serving administration.
