Bim Son town started construction of 3 houses for poor households and policy families.

On October 12th, the Steering Committee for the Campaign to Support Housing Construction for Poor Households, Policy-Eligible Families, and Families Facing Housing Difficulties (hereinafter referred to as the Steering Committee) of Bim Son town held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of houses for three families classified as poor or disadvantaged households in Dong Son ward.

Representatives of the town's Steering Committee presented 80 million VND to the family of Mr. Nguyen Duy Phuong (Son Tay neighborhood).

Accordingly, the Steering Committee of Bim Son town awarded a total of 240 million VND in support to the households of Mr. Nguyen Duy Phuong (Son Tay neighborhood), Mr. Trinh Van Tu (neighborhood 3), and Mr. Vu Van Quang (Lien Giang neighborhood). Of this amount, the Bim Son Young Entrepreneurs Club contributed 80 million VND.

In 2024, Bim Son town set a target of raising nearly 6.4 billion VND, transferring over 3.5 billion VND to the Thanh Hoa Provincial Steering Committee, and building 21 new houses and repairing 35 houses for disadvantaged households in the area.

Representatives from the Town Steering Committee and the Bim Son Young Entrepreneurs Club presented financial assistance for house construction to the family of Mr. Trinh Van Tu (Ward 3).

To date, the town has mobilized over 7 billion VND from agencies, units, businesses, and the people (reaching 116% of the plan). From this amount, the town has transferred 2 billion VND to the Thanh Hoa Provincial Steering Committee; and proceeded to build 17 new houses and repair 10 houses for poor households, policy beneficiary families, and households facing housing difficulties in the town.
