Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh congratulated Cambodia on its great and comprehensive achievements; and at the same time, welcomed the new progress in peacefully resolving the Cambodia-Thailand situation.
The two Prime Ministers exchanged and shared views on issues of mutual interest.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh thanked the Cambodian side for sending their Deputy Prime Minister to attend the signing ceremony of the Hanoi Convention on Cybercrime Prevention and Control, contributing to the overall success of the event.
