The Prime Minister 's visit to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar left a significant mark, elevating relations between Vietnam and these three countries in particular, and with the Middle East and North Africa region in general.

According to the VNA special correspondent, on the evening of November 1st, the special aircraft carrying Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his wife, along with the high-level Vietnamese delegation, arrived back in Hanoi, successfully concluding their official visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE); participation in the 8th Future Investment Initiative Conference and working visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; and official visit to the State of Qatar.
During his six-day working trip, including travel, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh had a packed, rich, substantive, and effective work schedule with nearly 60 activities. These included talks, meetings, and interactions with high-ranking leaders of various countries; working sessions with leaders of ministries, organizations, corporations, and major investment funds in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. Notably, the Prime Minister also took time to meet with staff of the embassies and the Vietnamese community in all three countries.
In addition, the Prime Minister delivered a speech at the 8th Future Investment Initiative Conference in Saudi Arabia; gave a policy speech at the UAE Diplomatic Academy; attended the Vietnam-UAE Business Forum; attended the opening ceremony of Vinfast's car showroom and the opening ceremony of FPT Group's office in Saudi Arabia; and visited the Ras Laffan Industrial Park in Qatar...
The visit left a significant mark, elevating relations between Vietnam and the three countries in particular, and with the Middle East and North Africa region in general. Specifically, Vietnam and the UAE upgraded their relationship to a Comprehensive Partnership and signed the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA). Vietnam and Saudi Arabia and Qatar agreed to expedite the upgrading of their relations to a new level.
During the visit, the three countries signed and exchanged 33 cooperation documents in the fields of trade, investment, finance, energy, innovation, standards, measurement and quality, education, sports, and cooperation between businesses. This lays the foundation for promoting cooperation in all fields between Vietnam and the three countries, which will develop strongly in the future.
