With the theme "Smart digital ecosystem in the new era", the event Digital Transformation of Banking Industry 2025 is a major event of the year for the Banking industry chaired by the State Bank of Vietnam , co-organized by Banking Times, Payment Department and related units.

In particular, LPBank introduced to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and delegates the new generation of smart multi-channel switchboard - a breakthrough in the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in customer care services.

LPBank's new generation of smart multi-channel switchboard is capable of operating automatically, replacing traditional switchboard operators in customer interactions and providing customer support for common requests. Unlike chatbots or virtual assistants that only stop at the level of simple question-and-answer interactions, this smart switchboard can identify customers through voice biometric technology thanks to its ability to store and analyze each customer's unique voice.
The process of collecting customers' voices is carried out by LPBank through Mobile App channels or through the customer care hotline. When customers agree to use voice identification, the information will be saved in the profile alongside other traditional information such as Citizen ID, Face ID, etc.
Accordingly, when customers call LPBank's hotline *8668, the smart switchboard will recognize the voice and instantly analyze the personal information previously provided by the customer. At the same time, the AI switchboard can also quickly and accurately process customer requests, enhancing the transaction experience.
Sharing at the event, Mr. Luu Danh Duc, Deputy General Director and Director of Information Technology of LPBank said, “LPBank's new generation smart switchboard is an outstanding upgraded version with the ability to manage multi-channel interactions on a centralized platform, supporting the portrayal of “360-degree” customer portraits. The system operates 24/7, helping to shorten information processing time, helping the bank reduce personnel pressure by up to 50%, while saving time and improving the service experience for customers”.
