The Ho Chi Minh City branch of the Academy of Public Administration and Management commends three valedictorian graduates.
Dr. Truong Cong Hoa, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City branch of the Academy of Public Administration and Management, stated that graduating students during a period when the entire country is reorganizing its administrative apparatus presents both opportunities and challenges. For the public sector, this is a time when there is a great need for high-quality human resources with professional qualifications, skills, and especially dedication to contribute to and serve the people. Therefore, job opportunities in the public sector are abundant for students with competence and dedication. In the private sector, the government's issuance of resolutions promoting the development of the private economy will open up many opportunities for students.
"The branch campus in particular, and the academy in general, place great emphasis on cultivating and developing skills, qualities, and a spirit and attitude of service not only in the public sector but also in the private sector. Therefore, students possess high flexibility and adaptability in diverse work environments," Dr. Hoa emphasized.
Having graduated with a good grade in archival studies and achieving many academic accomplishments, Phuong Anh doesn't feel pressured about not yet finding a job. The new graduate believes that this is a period when the country needs young people to work together, and they are ready to help any localities that need support.
"At the same time, I will enroll in a postgraduate program, improve my language skills and other necessary skills, and especially gain more professional experience. In my opinion, if you have a proactive attitude, a willingness to learn, responsibility, and passion for your work, you don't have to worry about being unemployed," Phương Anh expressed.

Dr. Truong Cong Hoa, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City branch of the Academy of Public Administration and Management, hopes that the graduates will become diligent officials and civil servants of the country's public service.
The Academy of Public Administration and Management has planned to adjust the content of its training programs in 2025, aiming to make them more relevant to practice and better meet the requirements of the organizational structure in the new context. This ensures that students will be equipped with knowledge and skills that are appropriate to the practical needs of the public sector.
Besides adjusting the curriculum, Dr. Hoa said the academy is also researching solutions to support students and trainees in adapting to the new context, especially the specific and essential demands from the public sector. This includes focusing on providing concrete solutions to support citizens, aiming for a service-oriented and proactive administration that benefits citizens and businesses.
