The Ho Chi Minh City branch of the Academy of Public Administration and Management honors three valedictorians
Dr. Truong Cong Hoa, Director of the Academy of Public Administration and Management in Ho Chi Minh City, said that students graduating during the period when the whole country is restructuring its organizational apparatus is both a favorable opportunity and a challenge. For the public sector, this is a time when high-quality human resources are needed, with professional qualifications, skills and especially dedication to contribute and serve the people. Therefore, there is no shortage of job opportunities in the public sector for capable and dedicated students. In the private sector, the government's issuance of resolutions to promote private economic development will open up many opportunities for students.
"The academy branch in particular and the academy in general pay great attention to training and developing skills, qualities, spirit and service attitude not only in the public sector but also in the private sector. Therefore, students have high flexibility and adaptability in diverse working environments" - Dr. Hoa emphasized.
Having graduated with a good degree in archival science and many academic achievements, Phuong Anh does not feel pressured because she has not found a job yet. The new graduate believes that this is the period when the country needs young people to join forces, and that they will be ready to be present in any locality that needs support.
"At the same time, I will register for graduate school, improve my language skills and some necessary skills, especially accumulate more professional experience. In my opinion, if you have the spirit of seeking money, are willing to learn, are responsible and passionate about your job, you will not worry about unemployment" - Phuong Anh expressed.
Dr. Truong Cong Hoa, Director of the Academy of Public Administration and Management in Ho Chi Minh City, expects the new graduates to become diligent officials and civil servants of the country's public service.
The Academy of Public Administration and Management has planned to adjust the training program content in 2025, aiming to be closer to reality and better meet the requirements of the organization in the new context. This ensures that students will be equipped with knowledge and skills that are suitable for the actual needs of the public sector.
In addition to adjusting the program, Dr. Hoa said that the academy is also researching solutions to support students and trainees to adapt to the new context, especially the specific and essential requirements from the public sector. In particular, focusing on providing specific solutions to support people, towards a service-oriented and proactive administration for the benefit of people and businesses.
