According to the reporter's records on the afternoon of October 22, many students of the Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education (GDNN-GDTX) in District 12 (old) were riding motorbikes with a cylinder capacity of over 50 cc. In some cases, both the driver and the passenger were not wearing helmets.

After school, a female student drove a 50cc scooter out of a coffee shop opposite the center.
Most of these students park their motorbikes at the cafes around the center. Many of them drive recklessly and joke around, causing traffic chaos.
Regarding this, a parent commented: "Not everyone can afford to buy a new electric car or motorbike under 50 cc for their child. Whatever car is available at home, the child will ride it. I know it's wrong, but there's no other way."
Parent Minh Nguyet (Ba Diem commune) said that the streets are always crowded with vehicles. Her family has already bought an electric car for her child but still wants to take her to school every day.
"It's a little bit difficult, but it's safer for my children, and I feel more secure. The kids ride their bikes or line up side by side, playing. If an accident happens and I don't know how to handle it, it will be dangerous for everyone around," Ms. Nguyen worried.

A representative of the District 12 Continuing Education Center (old) confirmed that they were two students of the center.
Immediately after receiving the information, the center invited the parents to come to work. These two female students made a report of the incident and the center established a disciplinary council to come up with an appropriate solution.
"This is a very sensitive age, easy to imitate and like to show off. I am very sorry for this incident. The center's point of view is to help the children see their mistakes and correct them. I hope the online community will be less harsh so that the children will no longer feel inferior," Mr. Hung expressed.

According to Mr. Hung, at the beginning of the school year, students and parents signed a commitment to the center's regulations, including traffic safety regulations. In addition, the center regularly coordinates with local police to organize traffic safety propaganda sessions; coordinates with medical centers to propagate the harmful effects of tobacco...
