In the period of 2022 - 2025, the work of the Youth Union and youth movements of the General Staff achieved many outstanding results. Youth movements were deployed more and more substantially, closely linked with political tasks, effectively promoting the pioneering and creative role of union members and youth, contributing to the successful completion of the tasks of each agency and unit, building a strong and comprehensive "exemplary and typical" unit.

The Youth Union organizations have actively innovated content and methods associated with the application of science and technology in political education , ideology, ethics, lifestyle, fostering revolutionary ideals and legal knowledge for union members and youth. As a result, 100% of union members and youth have strong political will and are well-positioned for their tasks.

The emulation movement was promoted with typical models such as "4 good - 1 strict Youth Union", "Party members guiding the masses and subordinates", "Youth with discipline and traffic safety", creating a training environment, promoting the initiative and creativity of youth in training, combat readiness, building discipline, training discipline, and mastering weapons and equipment. As a result, every year 100% of the test content achieved good, excellent, and safe results; many typical collectives and individuals were commended. During the period, 171 outstanding Youth Union members were admitted to the Party.

With the theme "Shocking, creative, disciplined, united, determined to win", the conference discussed, pointed out limitations, and agreed on three breakthroughs for the period 2025 - 2030: Innovation, improving the quality of education, training, and training of union members and youth, building a model of youth of the General Staff according to the "5 good" criteria (Good political courage - Good ethics, good lifestyle - Solidarity, good discipline - Good professional expertise - Good health); building a team of union cadres and cadres in charge of youth work with a reasonable structure and age, constantly improving qualifications, capacity, methods, working style, enthusiasm, and responsibility; building a strong grassroots union, operating effectively, promoting the pioneering and creative role of youth.
