During the period 2022-2025, the Youth Union work and youth movement of the General Staff achieved many outstanding results. Youth movements were implemented in an increasingly substantive manner, closely linked to political tasks, effectively promoting the pioneering and creative role of Youth Union members and young people, contributing to the successful completion of tasks of each agency and unit, and building strong, comprehensive, "exemplary and outstanding" units.

Youth Union organizations have actively innovated the content and methods, integrating science and technology into political and ideological education , moral and lifestyle training, fostering revolutionary ideals, and providing legal knowledge to their members and young people. As a result, 100% of Youth Union members and young people possess strong political convictions and a clear understanding of their responsibilities.

The emulation movement was intensified with exemplary models such as "Four Good Youth Union Branches - One Strict Branch," "Party Members Guiding the Masses and Subordinates," and "Youth with Discipline and Traffic Safety," creating an environment for training and promoting the initiative and creativity of young people in training, combat readiness, building a regular army, cultivating discipline, and mastering weapons and equipment. As a result, 100% of the inspection content achieved good, excellent, and safe results annually; many exemplary collectives and individuals were commended. During this period, 171 outstanding Youth Union members were admitted to the Party.

Overview of the conference.

With the theme "Pioneering, Creative, Disciplined, United, and Victorious," the conference discussed and identified limitations, agreeing on three breakthroughs for the 2025-2030 period: Innovating and improving the quality of education, training, and development of youth union members and young people, building a model of youth within the General Staff according to the "5 good" criteria (Good political acumen - Good ethics and lifestyle - Good unity and discipline - Good professional skills - Good health); building a team of youth union officials and youth work officers with a reasonable structure and age range, constantly improving their qualifications, capabilities, methods, style, dedication, and responsibility; and building strong and effective grassroots youth unions that promote the pioneering and creative role of young people.
