Vinhomes Green City is invested on an area of ​​197.2 hectares in Hau Nghia town, Duc Lap Thuong commune and Tan My commune, Duc Hoa district, Long An province.

At Vinhomes Green City, a commercial complex of up to 9.6 hectares is designed right inside the area, initially shaping a vibrant commercial center on the urban economic corridor axis in the Northwest of Ho Chi Minh City.

Regarding living space, spread throughout the urban area is a park system with a total scale of up to nearly 36 hectares including entertainment parks, sports parks, ecological parks, and internal parks.

Leaders of Long An province and Vingroup performed the groundbreaking ceremony of Vinhomes Green City project.

In terms of location, the project has a strategic location in Long An province. From Vinhomes Green City, it is convenient to connect to Ho Chi Minh City via National Highway 22 (Trans-Asia Highway) or Provincial Road DT 10 - CT 02 (DT 825). At the same time, access to the southwestern provinces and Cambodia through key traffic routes such as CT02, National Highway 1A, National Highway 22.

In the future, key infrastructure projects such as Ring Road 4, Gia Nghia - Chon Thanh Expressway, Ring Road 3, Metro Line 2 Ben Thanh - Tham Luong will come into operation, from the project will be easy to directly access the seaport system, airports, key industrial parks.

Mr. Nguyen Viet Quang, General Director of Vingroup Corporation, said that Vinhomes Green City is the first complex urban area project in the Vingroup ecosystem in Long An to be started.

When put into operation, the project will become the most livable urban area in the Southwest and contribute to creating a driving force to promote socio-economic development for the whole region.

He said that Vingroup always adheres to the multi-center urban development strategy, in line with the inevitable trend of people moving to new lands with rich potential and synchronous infrastructure development such as Long An.

On the local side, speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Ut, Chairman of Long An Provincial People's Committee, said that the groundbreaking ceremony of Hau Nghia - Duc Hoa New Urban Area is a very special turning point for the locality, contributing to promoting socio-economic development through improving the quality of infrastructure, attracting investment and creating jobs for thousands of workers.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Long An province hopes that with its large scale and modern utility system, the project promises to become an ideal place to live, especially for experts and engineers working in neighboring industrial parks.

“With the appearance of Vingroup, Duc Hoa has a Vietnamese brand of international stature,” Mr. Nguyen Van Ut emphasized.
