Binh Chau commune aims to become a digital commune, developing community tourism and high-tech agriculture

On October 24, the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Chau commune (HCMC), term 2025 - 2030, closed.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Chau commune, term I, 2025 - 2030, was introduced to the congress.

Attending and directing the congress were comrade Vo Ngoc Thanh Truc, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union.

The Congress set out 9 goals and 3 breakthroughs for the 2025-2030 term, focusing on mobilizing people's consensus in compensation and resettlement work; promoting the application of digital technology in management and operation; and improving the operational efficiency of the Front's Working Committee, strengthening the role of a bridge between people and the government.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Chau commune aims to build a digital commune, develop sustainable livelihoods associated with community tourism and high-tech agriculture .

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City presented flowers to congratulate the congress and donated 200 million VND for social security activities in Binh Chau commune.

In his speech, comrade Vo Ngoc Thanh Truc requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front to strengthen supervision and criticism of strategic areas such as land management, environmental protection, eco-tourism development and high-tech agriculture. At the same time, support people in developing livelihoods, connecting vocational training resources, providing preferential capital and replicating effective economic models.

The Congress also elected 51 members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Chau commune for the new term. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Viet continued to be trusted to hold the position of Chairman.
