Observations in Tuy Hoa city show that, apart from a few places like the night market in Ward 7, Phan Luu Thanh pedestrian street, and pubs, almost the entire city closes after 9 PM.
Tourists didn't have enough fun, because the city went to bed early.

Ms. Le Thao Trang (32 years old, a tourist from Ho Chi Minh City) said: "It was only 10 PM, but the shops and restaurants in the center of Tuy Hoa were already closing. We went to Nghinh Phong Tower, took a short walk and had a drink at a nearby shop before returning to the hotel."
Mr. Nguyen Van Khang (a tourist from Da Nang ) shared that Tuy Hoa should create more nighttime tours, such as nighttime art performances at Nhan Tower, vibrant bars and clubs along the coast that extend their operating hours until 3 am, or cafes that are open 24/7 so visitors can enjoy coffee while admiring the city lights at night…
According to Mr. Ho Van Tien, chairman of the Phu Yen Tourism Association, the locality has organized many night-time tourism events and products in the past, but they still cannot meet the needs of tourists due to limited operating hours and a lack of unique offerings.
"Although night streets and night markets have been organized, the goods sold here are very generic, such as clothes and grilled skewers..."
"The city should showcase and sell local specialties, and organize themed activities in the market such as displaying and experiencing playing stone musical instruments, or experiencing tuna meat... In addition, it must create favorable conditions in terms of space and promotion so that businesses and individuals can feel secure in doing business," Mr. Tien suggested.
