The Central Organizing Committee summarizes the work in 2025 and deploys tasks in 2026

Reporting on the 2025 work summary of the Central Organizing Committee and the Party Committee of the Central Organizing Committee, comrade Nguyen Thanh Binh stated: In 2025, the Party Committee of the Central Organizing Committee proactively coordinated with the leadership of the Committee to deploy and complete a large amount of work, ensuring quality and progress. Notably, it led and directed the successful organization of the Congress of Delegates of the Party Committee of the Central Organizing Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Scientific leadership methods, closely following the viewpoints and policies of the Central Committee and the Party Committee at higher levels. Coordination between the Party Committee and the Board's leadership, between the Party Committees of branches and the leaders of departments, bureaus and units is smooth and effective, especially in leading the implementation of the Board's political tasks.

The Central Organizing Committee has advised the Party Central Committee, the Politburo , and the Secretariat to issue a large number of documents, contributing to the synchronous and effective implementation of the tasks of Party organization and building set forth in the Resolution of the 13th National Congress, especially the revolution of reorganizing the apparatus and building a 2-level local government model. It has coordinated and advised on the successful organization of Party congresses at all levels, completing them earlier than in recent terms and achieving good results.

Comrade Nguyen Thanh Binh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the agency, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee, presented the 2025 work summary report of the Central Organization Committee and the Party Committee of the Central Organization Committee at the conference.

Proactively advise, guide, monitor, and summarize the progress and results of Party congresses at all levels, report to the Politburo and the Secretariat; at the same time, advise and help the Party Central Committee and the Politburo to well prepare the content of work serving the 13th Central Committee meetings. For the first time, advise on completing the arrangement of 100% of provincial Party secretaries and provincial People's Committee chairmen who are not local people. Comprehensively and effectively deploy all aspects of Party organization and building work. In 2025 alone, complete 58 projects and tasks submitted to the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat, accounting for more than 40% of the total number of projects and tasks completed during the 13th Congress term.

Advise on innovation and improvement of the quality of Party cell activities; apply the electronic Party member handbook; change Party membership cards throughout the Party, meeting the requirements of improving the effectiveness of Party member management.

Actively innovate working methods, styles, routines and manners; enhance the application of information technology, promote digital transformation; perform regular tasks well, promptly consolidate and stabilize the organizational apparatus of units after mergers and acquisitions, issue regulations and rules and maintain order, solidarity and unity within the organization.

Opinions and discussions at the conference highly agreed on the results achieved by the Party Committee of the Central Organizing Committee and the Central Organizing Committee in 2025; contributed, supplemented, and shared effective ways of doing things in: Political and ideological education for cadres and party members; implementing assigned political tasks; building clean and strong party committees and branches. Some delegates proposed many enthusiastic opinions contributing to clarifying the key tasks and solutions set out by the Central Organizing Committee and the Party Committee of the agency in 2026.

Comrade Hoang Dang Quang, member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee, delivered a speech directing the conference.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Hoang Dang Quang acknowledged and commended the efforts of all cadres and party members of the Central Organizing Committee in 2025.

The Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee noted: 2026 is the first year of the 14th Party Congress term, the whole country is making efforts to implement revolutionary strategic decisions, the Central Organizing Committee must closely follow the leadership and direction of the Central Committee, continue to innovate, and be highly determined to complete the tasks and solutions on Party building work in the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress, focusing on key tasks.

In particular, it is necessary to continue to focus on advising on documents, personnel and necessary conditions to contribute to the success of the 14th National Party Congress; coordinate in preparing for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term. Advise on work assignments for Party Central Committee members, Politburo members, and Secretariat members for the 14th term; perfect the leadership positions of State agencies for the 2026-2031 term, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations. Coordinate in advising on developing a plan to thoroughly grasp and organize the implementation of the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, the entire working program of the Party Central Committee, the 2026 working program of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat.

Advise on the operation of the political system's apparatus according to the new model. Focus on reviewing, amending and supplementing regulations on the implementation of the Party Charter; functions, tasks and apparatus organization. Continue to advise on the arrangement and streamlining of internal organizations of agencies and units at the central and local levels. Focus on advising on building cadres at all levels, especially at the strategic level. Advise on amending and supplementing regulations and guidelines on internal political protection work, grassroots party work and party members in accordance with practical requirements.

According to the program, the Office of the Central Organizing Committee announced the decisions to award the Third Class Labor Medal to the Department of Organization and Regulations, Central Organizing Committee; Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister to 4 departments and units under the Committee.

Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee awarded Emulation Flags to the units.

On this occasion, the Central Organizing Committee awarded Emulation Flags to 4 units; awarded Certificates of Merit to 3 collectives with outstanding achievements in 2024 and 2025; and awarded Certificates of Merit to 8 collectives with outstanding achievements in 2025.

Comrade Nguyen Long Hai, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Party agencies, awarded the 30-year Party membership badge to party members working at the Party Committee.
