Meritorious Artist Chi Trung has just posted a clip sharing more about the space in his house. At the beginning of the clip, the male artist responded to rumors that his house is worth up to tens of billions of VND because it is located on one of the most expensive golden land areas in Hanoi .

Meritorious Artist Chi Trung said that if his house were sold, it would only fetch a few billion VND, not tens of billions as rumored. According to the artist, the reason the house is not worth much is because he had repaired the walls because they were moldy.
Not only that, Chi Trung showed everyone that in a corner of the house, tree roots grew through the wall, forcing him to regularly trim them.
"These are tree roots growing from the outside in. I have to trim them regularly because they grow so fast, it feels very depressing," the Traffic God humorously said.
Chi Trung revealed the reason why the house is not valuable.
After that, the male artist went up to the rooftop to show off the "million dollar" view as rumored by many people. He said the rooftop area is about 20 square meters. This is where he held a full month party for his second son 32 years ago.
"You guys keep saying my house is worth tens of billions of dong, but it's tens of billions of memories, not tens of billions of cash. The million USD view is correct, but it's millions of USD in hell money," Chi Trung humorously said.
In the comments section, the male artist said that he wanted to post clips of his daily life on social media not to complain about being poor or needing anyone's sympathy. According to artist Chi Trung, this is an apartment in the old housing complex of the Vietnam Drama Theater at 1 Trang Tien. He described the entrance as a tunnel, with sections that are only wide enough for a motorbike to pass through.
However, the male artist emphasized that he lives comfortably alone, without many responsibilities because his children are grown. “My daughter is 38 years old, my son is 32 years old and I have two grandchildren. Everyone has their own destiny in life, we just have to survive,” he said.
