The leaders of the Department of Education and Training reported to the working group on the damage caused by storms and storms and the work to overcome the consequences of storms No. 10 and 11. In the province, 2 students drowned at home, 54 schools were flooded, landslides... causing serious damage, estimated at over 28 billion VND. In the past time, the whole province and the education sector joined hands to overcome the consequences, stabilize teaching and learning at schools.

The Education sector has had a good approach in mobilizing schools with little or no damage to support schools with heavy damage in the spirit of “mutual love”. Schools have also made efforts to overcome difficulties to maintain teaching and learning, ensuring the safety of staff, teachers and students. The Deputy Minister believes that with efforts and solidarity, the Education sector of Tuyen Quang province will soon overcome difficulties to achieve higher results in the coming time.

Previously, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Le Tan Dung and his delegation visited and presented 20 million VND in support and equipment to Chiem Hoa Secondary and High School for Ethnic Minorities. This school suffered heavy damage due to the impact of storm No. 10. The dormitory, dining hall, kitchen, multi-purpose hall and teachers' house were flooded, causing damage to many equipment and utensils.
