During the survey trip, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Huy Ngoc and the delegation visited Qal'at al-Bahrain Fortress - the most important archaeological site in Bahrain, with ancient architectural layers, once the capital of the Dilmun civilization. Qal'at al-Bahrain Fortress is recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, a testament to Bahrain's 5,000-year history.

The delegation also surveyed promotional activities to attract tourists to visit the Tree of Life - a native tree about 400 years old growing alone in the middle of the barren desert without a clear source of water. This unique place attracts many tourists to admire the wonders of nature and is considered one of the sacred places in Bahrain.
In addition, the delegation also visited the first oil well discovered in the Middle East located in the Kingdom of Bahrain. This oil well was exploited in 1931 with a reserve of 400 barrels/day. This place is still exploited today and together with the Oil Museum is an important historical attraction - a historical and economic symbol of Bahrain, demonstrating the transformation of the country's economy from pearl diving to the oil industry.
Bahrain is a small island nation in the Persian Gulf, known as the “Pearl of the Gulf” thanks to its 5,000-year-old culture and unique blend of modernity and tradition. Despite its small size, Bahrain boasts a diverse heritage system from the ancient Dilmun civilization, UNESCO-recognized fortresses, the famous traditional pearl diving industry, to modern trade, services and tourism development.
