Beef is a nutritious food, sweet in taste, warm in nature, replenishes energy, nourishes blood and strengthens tendons and bones. Wine also has a warm nature like beef, if combined with use it can easily cause internal heat in the body, causing constipation, rashes, acne, and mouth ulcers.

When preparing beef, people often combine it with many hot spices such as cinnamon, star anise, ginger, lemongrass... If you add alcohol, it will increase the heat in the dish, hindering digestion. However, you can sip a little alcohol to improve the flavor but should not abuse it, especially strong alcohol.

In addition, drinking too much alcohol is not good for your health. According to recommendations, men should not drink more than 720 ml of beer or 300 ml of wine or 60 ml of whisky per day. For women, they should not drink more than 360 ml of beer or 150 ml of wine or 30 ml of whisky per day.

People with high blood pressure should not eat beef because beef contains a lot of saturated fat, which makes the condition worse. People with high blood fat should also limit their beef intake because beef contains a lot of cholesterol, which increases the amount of fat in the blood. When having chickenpox, patients should not eat raw foods such as seafood, chicken, duck, and beef.

People with kidney stones should limit beef, poultry and fish. These foods are very rich in protein, causing the amount of oxalate in the urine to increase, forming stones.
