Hanoi Police honor 418 outstanding and exemplary students.

On the morning of August 5th, the Hanoi City Police Department held a ceremony to commend students who are children of officers and soldiers and achieved outstanding results in the 2024-2025 school year, with the theme: "Proud to be the children of Hanoi police officers." The program aimed to recognize, praise, and further motivate these young students, who are diligently studying and training, many of whom have won high awards in various student competitions at different levels, are outstanding students, and exemplary children of Uncle Ho.

In particular, the ceremony also paid attention to and encouraged children from disadvantaged backgrounds, orphans, and children of war invalids and martyrs... to overcome difficulties and achieve good results in their studies and lives.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quyen, Deputy Director of the Hanoi City Police, emphasized: "The Hanoi City Police organized this commendation ceremony to share and encourage the children who achieved high academic results. Throughout the process, many children have confidently maintained their character as the children of police officers and soldiers."

Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quyen, Deputy Director of the Hanoi City Police, delivered a speech at the ceremony.

Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quyen stated that the ceremony was attended by 418 students representing 834 outstanding students participating in the program. Among them were 3 international award winners, 16 national award winners, 63 provincial/city award winners, 672 district award winners, 49 children of war invalids and martyrs, 14 children with special circumstances or sponsored by the Hanoi City Police, and 17 winners in the writing and drawing competition "I love my parents, the police officers of the capital."

On behalf of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Hanoi City Police, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quyen expressed his gratitude to the parents who are police officers and soldiers for their outstanding performance in fulfilling their assigned duties and for their efforts in training and educating their children to achieve the aforementioned results.

According to the organizers, this is not only an activity to honor and appreciate the commendable efforts of the children, but also an opportunity to spread positive values in the community and build a positive image of the People's Police officers in the hearts of the people of Hanoi.

Through this program, the Hanoi Police force hopes that students – the future generation – will continue to uphold family traditions, constantly strive to become outstanding citizens, and contribute to building a civilized, modern, and compassionate Hanoi.
