On September 15th, the Trade Union Federation of Thieu Hoa district held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Trade Union of Alivia Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd.
Comrades Ngo Duy Hieu, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Dau Thanh Tung, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and leaders of the Provincial and Thieu Hoa District Confederations of Labor presented flowers to congratulate the Provisional Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Alivia Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd.
Attending the announcement ceremony were: Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Mr. Dau Thanh Tung, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Provincial Confederation of Labor; Thieu Hoa district; and workers of Alivia Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd.
At the ceremony, the Thieu Hoa District Labor Union announced the decision to establish the Trade Union of Alivia Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. and admitted 478 members. The provisional Executive Committee consists of 9 members, with Mr. Trinh Ngoc Giang appointed as the provisional Chairman.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu highly appreciated the propaganda and mobilization work for developing union membership by the trade unions at all levels in Thanh Hoa province in general and the trade union of Thieu Hoa district in particular. He emphasized: The establishment of grassroots trade unions is of great importance, meeting the aspirations and desires of workers; through the trade union organization, workers are gathered and attracted to actively participate in emulation movements and production, contributing to promoting the development of enterprises. Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu hoped that in the coming time, the Provisional Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Alivia Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. would closely coordinate with the company's leadership to effectively care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of cadres, union members, and workers; proactively exchange information, promptly understand the thoughts and aspirations, and resolve difficulties of union members and workers. Contributing to the development of harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations within enterprises.

On this occasion, leaders of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Confederation of Labor, and Thieu Hoa district presented flowers to congratulate the Provisional Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Alivia Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. and awarded 30 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances.
