(CT) - The An Giang Tourism Photo Contest, organized by the An Giang Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center, has just announced the winning entries.

The competition, themed “ An Giang – Colors of Integration,” received nearly 1,600 entries from 140 photographers across 12 provinces and cities nationwide. The judging panel, comprised of renowned Vietnamese photographers, selected the winning entries. The first prize went to “Exploration and Conquest” by Nguyen Thanh Hung (An Giang), capturing tourists immersed in the majestic and romantic beauty of An Giang's coastline. Second prizes were awarded to “The Sacred Peak Awakens” by Duong Viet Anh (An Giang) and “The Flow Through the Tra Su Melaleuca Forest” by Le Dinh Minh (An Giang); along with three third prizes, six consolation prizes, and three special prizes.

The competition aims to find outstanding photographic works with communicative value, showcasing the people and land of An Giang to domestic and international tourists, contributing to the promotion and development of tourism . Simultaneously, it seeks to build an image database, develop smart tourism, and serve the communication and promotion of An Giang's tourism resources and products.
