Recently, THILOGI Packaging and Unpacking Company put into operation a recycled plastic pellet production line. This is one of the important solutions to help improve production efficiency, reduce plastic waste, and contribute to environmental protection.

The recycled plastic pellet production line is a closed system with many devices including: chopper, exhaust fan, conveyor, raw material feeder, heating cutting head, cooling system (silo, cooling fan), storage tank (master silo)... Each device performs a specialized function (collection, classification, processing, granulation...) but is closely linked to ensure a continuous and efficient production process. It is expected that each month, the company will recycle nearly 100 tons of high-quality recycled plastic pellets from waste plastic in production activities, supplying businesses in many fields such as: packaging, electronics, construction...

Since the beginning of the year, THILOGI Packing and Unpacking Company has increased investment and put into use many modern machines and equipment such as: iron presses; automatic unpacking and inspection lines; recycled plastic granule production system...
