Colonel Ha Chi Dung, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Military Supply Department, briefed on the results of the 13th Central Committee Conference of the 13th Party Congress.

The delegates attending the conference received the briefing.

At the conference, delegates listened to Colonel Ha Chi Dung, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Military Supply Department, explain the key and core contents of the results of the 13th Conference of the Central Committee of the 13th Party Congress and the 12th Congress of the Party Committee of the Army, term 2025-2030.

Also at the conference, delegates listened to the speeches of General Secretary To Lam (published in the People's Army Newspaper on October 1 and 3, 2025); and the Letter of the 12th Congress of the Party Committee of the People's Army (published in the People's Army Newspaper on October 3, 2025).

The conference aimed to disseminate and thoroughly explain to all cadres and Party members the results of the 13th Conference of the Central Committee of the 13th Party Congress and the 12th Congress of the Party Committee of the Army, term 2025-2030.

This will create unity in ideological understanding and action, and high consensus with the content discussed and approved at the 13th Conference of the Central Committee of the 13th Party Congress and the 12th Congress of the Party Committee of the Army, term 2025-2030.
