On the morning of September 2nd, 2025, at the historic Ba Dinh Square, the state-level parade and march commemorating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day took place in a solemn and heroic atmosphere. Thousands of officers, soldiers, and groups of people marched past the reviewing stand, illustrating the strength of national unity.

In particular, the Culture and Sports sector attracted special attention with the presence of numerous artists and athletes. The youthful, dynamic yet dignified image portrayed a Vietnam that is both rich in tradition and full of aspirations.
As one of the artists selected to participate, actress Phuong Hanh couldn't hide her emotion: "I am extremely proud to be part of the Culture and Sports bloc participating in the parade. This is an opportunity for the whole nation to pay tribute to the generations of our ancestors who sacrificed for independence and freedom. Not only me, but all the artists want to contribute a small part to this great national event. Rain or shine, everyone practices enthusiastically with a sense of responsibility and national pride."
Recalling the moment she walked across Ba Dinh Square on the morning of September 2nd, Phuong Hanh reminisced: “It felt sacred, like I was connecting with history. Looking up at the platform, my heart overflowed with indescribable gratitude and pride. I believe anyone who had the honor of being present at the parade will carry a special memory with them for a lifetime.”
Not only Phuong Hanh, but many other artists also expressed special feelings when participating in parades and marches.
Singer Den Vau shared: “Being part of the Culture and Sports bloc this time is a great honor. This is not only a momentous event for the nation but also a moment for our young generation to affirm our love for the country through concrete actions.”

Singer MONO expressed: “As I walked in the procession this morning, I clearly felt a sense of pride and solemnity. Being able to accompany the artists on this great national celebration is an unforgettable experience.”
Actor Anh Tú also emotionally said: “The moment of walking through Ba Đình Square reminded me of historical films I had seen. Today, being able to participate in the parade, I feel even more deeply the responsibility and honor of an artist in accompanying the country.”
Leading up to the official ceremony, starting in early August, thousands of officers, soldiers, and artists diligently practiced. On September 2nd alone, the entire force was present from 1 AM. Yet, everyone radiated enthusiasm, for being part of the parade was a source of immense pride.

For Phuong Hanh, the training days, though strenuous, also brought back familiar experiences. She shared: “Perhaps because I used to film, especially war films, I’m used to enduring the sun, rain, and hardship. Therefore, training from early morning or in harsh weather wasn’t too difficult for me. After a month of participating, my skin was sunburned, but in return, I gained a new habit: every day, even on days off, I wake up at 6 am because I’m used to the training schedule.”
Phuong Hanh also recalled a role that left a mark on her career: “The role that deeply impressed me was in the film 'Ho Chi Minh Trail on the Sea' - a war film about the nameless ships. Thanks to that, I understood more about the sacrifices and hardships of our ancestors in the journey to protect the country. Today, participating in the parade at this momentous national event, I am even more moved.”
For the past month, Phuong Hanh has put aside all her personal work to dedicate her time to parade rehearsals. She has temporarily canceled all work schedules and business projects to fully concentrate on training for the momentous event: the military parade.

Besides her community activities, Phuong Hanh remains committed to her acting career. Her major turning point was the role of Thuy in the film "The Final Choice" by Meritorious Artist Hong Son – a special role that required her to embody six different characters simultaneously. "I've never been afraid to make myself look bad. If a role requires sacrificing my image to portray the character, I'm ready," she shared.
In the near future, Phuong Hanh plans to participate in new film projects while also focusing more on her business activities.

Along with Phuong Hanh, many famous faces such as Hoang Thuy Linh, Den Vau, MONO, Anh Tu, Tieu Vy, People's Artist Le Khanh, People's Artist Lan Huong… also participated, creating a vibrant picture of Vietnamese culture, art, and sports. The artists all temporarily set aside their personal work to wholeheartedly participate, spreading the message about the power of culture and the spirit of national unity.
The image of artists striding in the parade on the morning of September 2nd is not only a source of personal pride, but also a testament to the powerful connection between culture and art with the history and future of the country.
