Welcoming and working with the delegation were leaders of the Tuyen Quang City Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee; leaders of the Department of Information and Communications; the Department of Health ; leaders of the Provincial General Hospital and Hoang Viet General Hospital; and leaders of various functional departments and divisions of the city.

At the working session, leaders of the City Party Committee, City People's Council, and City People's Committee introduced an overview of the city's geographical location, economic , cultural, social, educational development, natural resources, and urban infrastructure; as well as the current situation and limitations of the city in developing urban infrastructure, healthcare, tourism, and education.

Representatives from NTH Company and the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang City signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of smart cities.

They also expressed their desire to promote cooperation and exchange in various fields for mutual development; and proposed several specific areas for collaborative connections in the fields of smart cities, healthcare, tourism, and education.

The delegation introduced the smart city system model and the smart daily health check-up and health management model in the community to the city's leaders and officials; and exchanged experiences on developing this model in South Korea.

The delegation visited the physiotherapy room of Hoang Viet General Hospital.

Representatives from both sides also exchanged and discussed in more detail the methods for implementing and developing smart cities so that they can be applied in Tuyen Quang city. Simultaneously, they signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of smart cities.

As part of the Program, the Delegation visited and worked with Tuyen Quang Provincial General Hospital and Hoang Viet General Hospital.

Tomorrow, December 11th, the working group will continue its work program in the city.
