On the afternoon of July 20, on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), the Central Working Delegation led by Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee, offered flowers and incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs and visited and presented gifts to the relatives of martyrs and heroic Vietnamese mothers in localities in Ha Tinh province.
Comrade Le Minh Hung and the Central delegation visited and offered flowers and incense at the special national historical site of Dong Loc T-junction (in Dong Loc commune, Ha Tinh province).

The delegation respectfully offered incense and flowers to commemorate the great contributions and sacrifices of heroes and martyrs at the National Youth Volunteer Memorial House - where the names of more than 4,000 youth volunteer martyrs nationwide are recorded; and the graves of 10 female heroic youth volunteer martyrs who sacrificed their lives at Dong Loc T-junction.
On this occasion, comrade Le Minh Hung and the Central delegation met and presented gifts to the families of 10 female heroic youth volunteers who died at Dong Loc T-junction.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Le Minh Hung emphasized that this is an activity demonstrating the morality of “When drinking water, remember its source”, to commemorate and show gratitude to the heroes and martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the country to be independent, free and developed as it is today. At the same time, he hoped that the martyrs’ relatives and local people would continue to follow the example and promote the tradition to build the homeland more and more prosperous.

Next, comrade Le Minh Hung and the Central delegation offered incense and flowers at the relic site of late General Secretary Tran Phu (in Duc Tho commune) and the relic site of late General Secretary Ha Huy Tap (in Cam Hung commune, Ha Tinh province) - two steadfast leaders, excellent students of President Ho Chi Minh, who laid the foundation for the revolutionary cause of our Party in a challenging period.
On the same day, comrade Le Minh Hung and the Central delegation also visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mother Tran Thi Dao (95 years old, in Thanh Sen ward, Ha Tinh province), Mr. Tran Van Tu (82 years old) - 1/4 war invalid in Tu My commune, Ha Tinh province; and also offered incense at Nui Nai Martyrs Cemetery (Thanh Sen ward) - the resting place of heroes and martyrs who died for the independence and freedom of the nation.
