Rename Social Insurance Region XII to Social Insurance of Hung Yen province

Pursuant to the Official Dispatch of Vietnam Social Security (VSS) on implementing Decision No. 2286 dated June 30, 2025 of the Minister of Finance amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decision No. 391 dated February 26, 2025 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of Vietnam Social Security, from July 23, 2025, Social Security Region XII was renamed Hung Yen Provincial Social Security.

The headquarters of Hung Yen Social Insurance is located at Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Pho Hien Ward, Hung Yen Province.

Social Insurance of Hung Yen province   headquartered in Pho Hien ward, Hung Yen province. Along with that, the name of district-level social insurance was changed to grassroots social insurance. Hung Yen province has 16 grassroots social insurance agencies under the provincial social insurance agency. The grassroots social insurance agency manages the collection of social insurance and health insurance in 104 communes and wards in the province.
