Meeting with 21 officials who were reassigned or transferred to new positions by the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

(QNO) - On the afternoon of January 26, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a meeting with 21 officials who were transferred or reassigned from the province to the districts and vice versa, chaired by comrades Luong Nguyen Minh Triet - Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; and Le Van Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

At the meeting, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, Nguyen Chin, stated that among the 21 comrades transferred and rotated by the Provincial Party Standing Committee, 18 were transferred from the province to the districts, and 3 outstanding comrades from various localities who had held many positions in the government sector were transferred to the province to work in the provincial management department to train future provincial and district-level officials.

Over the past period, in key positions and areas, the comrades have all demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility, successfully completing their tasks and earning the trust and high praise of local Party committees for many years, especially showcasing the role of cadres assigned to the grassroots level.

Based on previous years' evaluations, most comrades have performed their duties excellently or well. In 2023, out of 21 comrades, 3 performed their duties excellently, the rest performed well, and some did not complete their duties due to related responsibilities at lower levels.

According to Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Van Dung, in 2023, the province faced more difficulties than advantages; in that context, cadres who have been rotated and transferred over the years have gained considerable experience in advising the Party committee, local government, and departments to perform the assigned political tasks quite well.

Among them, many comrades were transferred and assigned to serve as secretaries of district-level Party committees, maintaining unity and cohesion within the Party committee and leadership, fundamentally changing the local situation.

Those comrades who are transferred to serve as Chairmen and Vice-Chairmen of the People's Committees at the district level are extremely busy with their work, especially focusing on key projects, land clearance, and compensation for resettlement.

"Comrades who have been rotated or transferred need to continue to strive, focus on research, and work together with local Party committees and authorities to perform their duties well, especially in the current mechanisms and conditions," Comrade Le Van Dung urged.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet extended New Year greetings to the transferred and reassigned officials and their families, wishing them good health and happiness. He also expressed his hope that they would continue to demonstrate their responsibility, spirit, will, and motivation to build a clean and strong political system and further develop Quang Nam province .

Responding to the comments from the transferred and reassigned officials, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet expressed that, with personal responsibility, he is always ready to listen, share, and discuss the difficulties and challenges posed by the transferred and reassigned officials, and is determined to overcome these difficulties and challenges to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
