Two national universities officially under the Ministry of Education and Training

GD&TĐ - From August 12, in addition to 65 public service units, Hanoi National University and Ho Chi Minh City National University officially came under the Ministry of Education and Training.

Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long has just signed Decision No. 1723/QD-TTg dated August 12, 2025 promulgating the list of public service units under the Ministry of Education and Training . Accordingly, the Ministry of Education and Training has 65 public service units under it, including:

This Decision takes effect from August 12, 2025; abolishes: Decision No. 298/QD-TTg dated April 10, 2024 of the Prime Minister promulgating the list of public service units under the Ministry of Education and Training; Clause 1, Article 2 of Decision No. 996/QD-TTg dated August 25, 2023 of the Prime Minister promulgating the list of public service units under the Ministry of Construction.
