(NLĐO) - The "Cultural and Culinary Fair - Thu Dau Mot" festival attracted a large number of locals and tourists.

Taking place from December 28, 2024 to January 1, 2025, in the Bach Dang pedestrian street area, the "Cultural and Culinary Fair - Thu Dau Mot" festival attracted tens of thousands of participants.

Here, there are more than 60 stalls showcasing and selling delicious regional cuisine , along with many OCOP-certified products and traditional craft products.

At the festival, the Organizing Committee also set up a stage to provide people with special and entertaining cultural programs, catering to the entertainment needs of the people during the 2025 New Year's holiday.

Crowds of people flocked to visit and enjoy the food, causing the Bach Dang pedestrian street area to become completely congested.

The food stalls here offer a rich and diverse selection of dishes and drinks, including unique items such as street-style lobster, giant squid, grilled oysters, bamboo rice, various Thai seafood salads, savory pancakes (banh xeo), and steamed rice cakes (banh bo).

According to the leaders of Thu Dau Mot City, during the New Year's Day and the 28th anniversary of the province's establishment, Thu Dau Mot City also organized cultural, artistic, sports , folk game, and entertainment activities.

These activities will take place in Thu Dau Mot Park, the Bach Dang pedestrian street area, and in 14 wards within the city. The first Thu Dau Mot City Mountain Bike Race is also scheduled to take place on January 1, 2025.
